Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic and experienced Client Principal to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a $3-5 million book of business, providing strategic engagement for Content and Data Services, and ensuring the overall success of complex client projects. You will lead a dedicated team of functional architects and solution specialists focused on delivering high-quality, innovative digital solutions that align with our clients' core business objectives.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Lead the strategic design and delivery lifecycle by organising client workshops and guiding stakeholders through the "art of the possible" to ensure solutions are perfectly aligned with business objectives and long-term roadmaps.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration and resource optimisation by managing a team of functional architects and solution specialists, ensuring the Project Manager has all necessary resources, and maintaining high utilisation levels.

• Govern project integrity and commercial outcomes by owning the final Statement of Work (SOW), managing the project Profit and Loss (P&L) to maintain margins, and overseeing the formal sign-off of all design artifacts and deliverables.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of experience as a consultant or professional services lead with a proven track record of delivering successful digital projects and managing complex client requirements up to the C-Suite level.

• Strong knowledge of Content Services Platforms and Enterprise Information Technology architecture, including 5+ years of direct experience with the Nuxeo platform or equivalent Enterprise Content Management systems.

• Proven ability in commercial leadership and Agile methodologies, with expertise in managing project Profit and Loss (P&L) and leading technical teams through complex software development sprints.

• Expertise in high-level business reporting, including the ability to build comprehensive business cases, demonstrate Return on Investment (ROI), and conduct cost analysis for complex project outcomes.
