We are seeking an experienced Client Relations Specialist (Disputes & Resolution) function for a Financial Services client.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complex customer complaints and disputes, including cases escalated to the Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre (FIDReC). You will act as a key liaison between clients, internal stakeholders, and external bodies, ensuring fair outcomes, regulatory compliance, and the highest standards of customer experience.
The successful candidate will come with at least 6-10 years relevant experience, have strong working knowledge of MAS regulations and guidelines, with proven experience handling FIDReC-related matters in a financial institution. Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage sensitive issues with professionalism are essential.
