Job Title: Client Service - Corporate Banking (1 year contract - convertible to perm)

Key Responsibilities

Client Support

1. Act as main contact for client service
2. Handle inquiries, issues, and requests
3. Follow up on client cases

Client Advisory & Transactions

1. Guide clients on banking products and services
2. Support account opening (documents, coordination, meetings)
3. Process account closures and fund transfers
4. Assist with term deposit rates
5. Support transaction processing and tracking
6. Handle statements, advices, fax, and mail
7. Assist with credit checks and loan instructions
8. Support e-banking services (applications, updates, password resets)

System & Administration

1. Update and maintain client records in systems
2. Ensure proper follow-up on cases

Policies & Reporting

1. Update procedures and manuals
2. Prepare daily and ad-hoc reports

Requirements

1. Diploma/Degree with banking operations experience
2. Basic knowledge and experience in commercial / corporate banking products and systems
3. Good communication and teamwork skills
4. Proficient in MS Office
