Job Description - Client Services Executive

Primary Purpose of Role


We are seeking an Associate level (circa 1–3 years relevant experience) team member to join our Client Services team as a Client Services Executive based in Singapore.


The role will comprise four key components:



  • Onboarding of new clients

  • Managing projects and incremental change for existing clients

  • Relationship management

  • Escalation handling from the support team


As such you will become an expert in CloudMargin, using your knowledge of the system to successfully onboard clients and support them throughout their journey on our platform. You will gather requirements from clients, manage implementations efficiently and ensure new functionalities are adopted as the platform evolves.

Core Accountabilities



  • Become an expert user of CloudMargin

  • Successful onboarding of new CloudMargin clients, managing the full implementation lifecycle

  • Act as a point of contact for allocated clients, managing incremental change and new project requests

  • Relationship management of an assigned client base, building strong and trusted partnerships

  • Resolution of escalated support issues where required, ensuring timely resolution and clear client communication

  • Communicate onboarding and project progress to the rest of the team as required

  • Develop and maintain implementation documentation including requirements and configuration specifications

  • Contribute to repeatable and scalable processes to improve delivery quality

  • Support the regional Sales Director with pre-sales activities where required

  • Contribute to the internal knowledge base

  • Work with other teams in CloudMargin to contribute towards the continuous improvement of our platform



Experience



  • 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing role within financial services or a SaaS environment

  • Experience in onboarding, implementation or project management (beneficial)

  • Collateral management or derivatives knowledge (beneficial)



Skills



  • Client-focused approach to work

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

  • Strong Excel and data manipulation skills

  • Familiarity with data mapping concepts and tools

  • SQL knowledge an advantage

  • Logical mind and strong problem-solving skills

  • Effective communication skills – verbal and written

  • Highly motivated and collaborative

  • Proactive and transparent – able to request support and accept help readily from other team members

  • A strong team player – "we" before "I"

  • Able to deal with pressure positively

  • Business level fluency in written and spoken English

  • Mandarin or other additional language(s) beneficial
