Client Services Manager

Our client is a Singapore-based, MAS-licensed fund management company specializing in tailored private market investment solutions for wealth management clients, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices. They are seeking a Client Services Manager for their growing team.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

1. Investor Relations & Client Support: Manage client and distribution partner communications, investor onboarding, subscriptions, documentation, reporting, and post-investment support while maintaining accurate and confidential client records.
2. External Partner & Transaction Coordination: Liaise with brokers, fund administrators, investment partners, and service providers to coordinate investment reports, distributions, securities transfers, settlements, and outstanding deliverables.
3. Client Experience & Relationship Development: Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client engagement, gather feedback, strengthen relationships, and improve servicing workflows, communication, and reporting.
4. Regulatory Compliance & Service Standards: Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements, maintain accurate documentation and audit trails, and handle sensitive client information with discretion.
5. Regional Operations & Business Collaboration: Work with teams in Singapore and Japan and distribution partners across Asia to deliver consistent client servicing and develop scalable processes to support business growth.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

1. A Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
2. Relevant experience in investor relations, client servicing, investment operations, or a related financial services role.
3. Experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager within a private banking environment would be an advantage.
4. Candidates with strong investment product knowledge or technical expertise are encouraged to apply, even if they have limited direct client-facing experience.
