Client Services (Sales) - Dynamic Team

Ugene Lab is the premier food testing laboratory. We provide customers with a broad range of microbiological and chemical testing, rapid testing, hygiene monitoring and specialized test methods developed to meet customer needs. 

The candidate will guide prospects through the entire sales cycle, educating new customers, converting interested buyers into long-term customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

Responsibilities:

• Perform online research (e.g., Google, LinkedIn, etc.), and identify potential companies who require food testing services.
• Grow and retain customers, identify suitable customer and conduct cold call to inquire into their testing needs.
• Monitor existing customer contracts, and track contract expiration dates. Prior to expiration of contracts, contact customers, and persuade them to renew.
• Prepare quotations to customers on a timely basis, and follow up.
• Follow up with customer prospects to close deals, and prepare request forms for customers.
• Respond to customer queries/issues received through email and telephone, and address them accordingly.
• Maintain and update customer's contact details.
• Represent the Company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
• Operate to the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
