Clinic Assistant

Location: Lakeside
Work Schedule:
Mon-Fri: 8.30am-3pm (daily) & 6pm-9pm (3 evening shifts/per week), Sat/Sun: 830am-1pm

Job Responsibilities:

•  Assist the Clinic Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations of the clinic.
• Perform front desk duties, including patient registration, answering phone calls, handling enquiries, and supporting doctors as needed.
• Handle cashiering tasks such as payment collection, filing insurance claims, and basic bookkeeping.
• Support dispensary operations, including medication preparation and distribution.
• Carry out clinical duties such as assisting with ECGs, nebulization, dressings, minor surgical procedures, and triage.
• Maintain adequate inventory of consumables, medications, stationery, and medical equipment, including regular stock-taking and proper organization.
• Ensure the cleanliness and professional appearance of the clinic at all times.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Clinic Assistant or Clinic Manager is an advantage. No Experience is welcome to apply, training will be provided.
• Computer literate and comfortable with basic digital tools.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• A team player who is hardworking, proactive, and eager to learn
