• Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mondays to Fridays), 9am to 1pm (Saturdays).
• Working Location: Farrer Park or Novena (able to travel to either work locations).

About the Opportunity

Our ENT Specialist Clinics provides high quality treatments relating to Ear, Nose and Throat conditions.

What You'll be Doing

• Perform daily operational duties at outpatient clinic.
• Register patients and provide frontline customer service.
• Process of billing transactions under different Government schemes and managed care programmes.
• Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items.
• Operate Clinic Management System (CMS).
• Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by Clinic Supervisor.

What We Are Looking for

• Diploma in Nursing or relevant certifications in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant.
• Past experience in outpatient operations and/or with valid SNB Nurse Practicing Certificate is an advantage.
• Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements.
• Computer literacy.
• Proven track record of customer service and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
