Clinic Assistant/Patient Service Associate (Healthcare/East) (ID: 661527)

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling of appointments, payment collections, and providing financial counselling 
• Chaperone doctors, prepare and assist patients for physical examinations.
• Provide clear and accurate post-consultation instructions to patients pertaining to investigations, follow-up and others relevant information.
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient’s email 

Requirement:

• Possess at least a Nitec / Diploma in any field
• Meticulous and detail oriented
• Able to work in fast pace environment and prioritize job tasks
• Working experience in healthcare or customer service will be an added advantage
• Good communication skills
