Clinic Executive/ Manager - Hiring Immediately

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinic Executive/ Manager to join our team. The Clinic Executive/ Manager will play a critical role in providing clinical and administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic, and delivering high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, and have experience in healthcare administration.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties that are pertinent to clinic operations and service standards, such as managing insurance claims, Medisave claims, Medishield claims, procurement and maintenance functions, and licensing documentation. 
• Perform frontline operations of the clinic including patient registration, payments, booking of appointments, financial counselling, and stock-taking. 
• Manage patient case notes, including maintenance of a current and accurate filing system, prepare new case notes, retrieve and file back case notes Ensure availability and operation of the necessary equipment (e.g. NETS/credit card, etc), supplies (e.g. medication, masks, stationery), and systems. 
• Responsible for ordering of medicines, ensuring medications are in stock and medication dispensing and ensure that medications are administered in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures. 
• Work closely with corporate services team (e.g. Marketing, Human Resource and Finance) to deploy corporate initiatives/work processes. 
• Manage patients’ expectations and uphold high standard of medical care and service delivery are provided and maintained. 
• Chaperone doctor, prepare patients for examination as needed. 
• Any other duties as assigned.
