Clinic Nurse

Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinic Nurse to join their dental clinic team and support the delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and interpersonal skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists during dental procedures and treatments.
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments, equipment, and treatment areas.
• Provide chairside support to ensure smooth and efficient patient care.
• Monitor patients comfort and well-being before, during, and after procedures.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
• Manage patient records, treatment notes, and consent forms accurately.
• Administer medications and local anesthesia under the dentists supervision (where applicable).
• Ensure infection control and compliance with clinic protocols.
• Support front-desk duties when required (e.g., scheduling, patient flow coordination).
• Maintain inventory of dental supplies and submit orders as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing, with valid nursing license/registration.
• Prior experience in a dental clinic or healthcare setting preferred (but training may be provided).
• Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and sterilization techniques is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring and patient-focused attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to infection control and patient safety.
• Flexibility to assist in both clinical and administrative duties.
