Clinic Ops Executive - Join a Market Leader

Aim
To ensure the smooth operations of the clinic and that a higher level of service is provided to our patients and at the same time to ensure Clinic Ops Executive are equipped with the necessary clinic operations skills.

Job responsibility

• Ensure smooth operations in clinics.
• Handle counter duties such as patient registration, medicine dispensing, payment collection and telephone enquiries
• Responsible for well-managed, maintained clinic assets and materials
• Ensure compliance to dispensing/medication management policies, SOPs and medication safety policies and guidelines
• Support regular review of systems and processes to update the SOP and P&P.
• Identify and support best practices among the clinics and ensure that the Workplace Safety and Health and security measures are effectively in place.
• Participate in new initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the implementation of initiatives, projects or workflows roll-out
• Support coordination and dissemination of information on organization initiatives and emergency plans such as business continuity plans and pandemic plans.
• Monitor and assess performances of the key KPIs established for Clinic Operations.
• Maintenance of proper filing and documentation for medical claims and reviews.
• Handle patient feedback.

Working Details

• Able to work 5.5 days and night shift based on the clinic operating hours
• Comfortable travelling to clinics when required to support the clinic operations.
