JOB SCOPE:

• Attend to patients and answer enquiries
• Assist in registration and appointment scheduling
• Handle feedback from patients as per necessary
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum O levels and above
• 2-3 years of relevant customer service experience will be advantageous
• Comfortable to work in healthcare sector
