Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate programmes for the education of nurses and nursing students based on their learning needs.
• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to nurses and nursing students in ensuring their competencies.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate preceptorship programmes and establish clinical support for new staffs.
• Coordinate training activities to strengthen clinical practices across different units and specialties.
• Ensure ongoing orientation, training, and education for nursing staff to maintain competency levels, collaborating closely with Nurse Managers on clinical training standards and patient care delivery.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing
• Advanced Diploma / Specialist Diploma in Nursing would be an added advantage
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Instructor
• Possesses valid SNB and BCLS.
