The Clinical Research Coordinator will be coordinating Haematology / Oncology clinical trials / research and involve in data management support for Haematology/Oncology Services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the investigators to in conducting clinical trials and research studies, in strict adherence to the study protocol, Singapore Good Clinical Practice Guidelines and other applicable regulatory and ethical requirements.
- Provides research administrative and management support, research agreements, funding and grant applications, finance management, ethics and regulatory application submissions.
- Handle entry and validation of study data, extraction of relevant information from medical records, reporting of adverse events, maintenance of investigators files and other essential documentation.
- Preparing for and conducting cross-institution audits/inspections by performing monitoring activities such as safety and compliance review at study site(s).
- Provide support for database establishment, migration and maintenance.
- Coordinates departmental academic or service meetings such as grand rounds, Tumour Boards, teaching rounds, journal clubs, invited speakers, online meetings, web conferences.
- Assist in preparing scientific manuscripts and presentations in scientific meetings or other study-related presentations.
- Support in any miscellaneous work and other functions such as general administration or coordination, research and academic activities as required by the department/service or Institution.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Life sciences or Health Sciences or related field.
- Prior clinical research experience will be advantageous.
- Effectively bilingual.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Possess excellant communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivator, proactive, meticulous and possess excellent organizational skills.
- Multi-tasking capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and statistical software.
