About The Role 

• Assess and design solutions in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) based on established patterns and best practices with other Microsoft products such as SharePoint 

• Assisting with business development and pre-sales engagements  

• Lead / Participate in client workshops to understand their business requirements & processes as well as providing solution demonstrations & PoCs 

• Distinguish and prioritise requirements to be addressed in terms of out-of-the-box features via standard configuration as well as customization including the proper customization technique 

• Develop appropriate requirements, design, testing and deployment quality documentation to support solution delivery 

• Impeccable attention to detail and with proven abilities to translate client requirements into solutions, and confident with an ability to handle pressure in critical situations by always ensuring that client requirements are met 

• Proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities for further business and team growth 

About You 

• Atleast 14 +  years of experience in Power Platform, with functional/technical expertise within Power Platform (Power Apps Portals, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dataverse (CDS / CDM); 

• Deep technical knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, HTML, C#, Java, and a good understanding of UI/UX concepts and design frameworks; 

• Highly competent in the preparation of business communications, including specifications, quotations, proposals and reports; 

• Experience in using multiple out-of-the-box connectors with PowerApps and Power Automate, and ability to create custom connectors for PowerApps and Power Automate; 

• Experience in delivering solutions using industry standard implementation methodologies ( Agile and Waterfall); 

• Knowledge in Azure solutions preferred: 

• Azure Data Storage - Common Data Service, SQL, Cosmos, Blob 

• Azure Services - Key Vault, Web Applications, Service Bus, Virtual Machines, Application Insights 

• DevOps - Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Unit/UI Testing 

• Preferred to have one or more of the following technical certifications: 

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate 

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate 

• Microsoft Certified: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect 

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
