Cloud Systems Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Systems Engineer /Technology Lead with strong expertise in Finacle core banking systems, infrastructure management, and cloud-based deployment.

Key Responsibilities

•             Manage and support Finacle core banking systems in a hybrid environment.

•             Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based and on-premise infrastructure.

•             Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes/OpenShift.

•             Work on AWS cloud services, including monitoring, scaling, and optimization.

•             Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient application deployments.

•             Administer and support enterprise middleware platforms (WebSphere, JBoss, Apache, IBM HTTPServer).

•             Ensure system performance, stability, and scalability for large-scale financial environments.

•             Handle system monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools such as CloudWatch.

•             Perform security hardening, SSL configuration, and vulnerability management.

•             Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and application teams to support system integration and enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

•             Strong experience in Finacle or similar core banking systems

•             Hands-on experience in AWS cloud platform

•             Proficiency in Kubernetes and containerization technologies

•             Experience with DevOps tools: Docker, Jenkins, Git, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines

•             Strong knowledge of Linux and/or AIX systems administration

•             Experience in enterprise middleware technologies (WebSphere, JBoss, Apache, IBM HTTP Server)

•             Understanding of cloud monitoring and security practices (Cloud Watch, SSL, and vulnerability management)

•             Experience working in large-scale financial or banking environments

Preferred Skills

•             Exposure to OpenShift platform

•             Experience in hybrid cloud architecture (on-prem + cloud integration)

•             Familiarity with banking domain regulations and compliance

Soft Skills

•             Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

•             Effective communication and stakeholder management

•             Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-availability environment
