Responsibilities

• Provides supervision, direction and leadership to the Club.
• Be familiar with the policies and procedure to ensure that all associates under his/her supervision adhere to the policies.
• Trains and guides all the associates so they may carry out their duties efficiently and effectively at all times.
• Plans and rosters of associates accurately to ensure sufficient manpower to provide the highest level of service to the guests.
• Handle guests complaints promptly and efficiently in the best interest of the hotel.
• To manage all loss expenses occurred on the Club such as stationery supply, food and beverages and any other relevant expenses.
• Cultivates and maintain close relationship with all the guest especially Club guest, VIP, VVIP at all times with the view to ensure they are well.
• To conduct the room inspections of all rooms on the Club Floor ensuring they are defect free and well kept by Engineering and Housekeeping department.

Requirements

• Maintain highest standards of professionalism, ethics, grooming and attitude towards staff and guests.
• Good communication skills
• Pleasant personality with good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• IT proficiency in MS Office applications and hotels systems.
• Strong team player, whilst still having the ability to work independently.
• Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment.
