Our client is a leading manufacturing company in advanced technology solutions including Multi-Tasking, 5-axis, milling, turning, CNC controls and automation.

The Job

• Develop and deliver technical training programs for CNC machinery operation, manufacturing, and maintenance.
• Create customized training materials, such as manuals, presentations, videos, and interactive modules, tailored to CNC machinery features.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and managers to identify training needs and prioritize initiatives.
• Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging content aligned with industry standards.
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions to ensure participants gain necessary skills safely and efficiently.
• Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms, continuously improving content and delivery methods based on learner input and performance

The Talent

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, education, or a related field.
• Demonstrate experience in developing and delivering technical training, preferably in manufacturing or engineering, with CNC machinery expertise.
• Possess a solid grasp of instructional design principles and adult learning theories, particularly in machinery manufacturing contexts.
• Show proficiency in creating multimedia training materials using software like MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, or eLearning authoring tools.
• Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.
• Display strong management skills to handle multiple training projects concurrently within machinery manufacturing, emphasizing customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
