Job Responsibilities

• Operate manual and CNC machines including lathe, VTL, and milling machines to manufacture precision components.

• Assist in sheet metal fabrication work when required by production needs.

• Follow technical manuals, engineering drawings, and work instructions to perform machining operations accurately.

• Carry out Productive Maintenance to ensure machines are functioning properly.

• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.

• Prepare and set up jigs, fixtures, cutting tools, and machine accessories prior to machining activities.

• Propose and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, process efficiency, and product quality.

  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment around machines and work areas.

• Comply with all workplace safety rules and operational procedures during daily tasks.

• Perform other related duties assigned by supervisors when required.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of machining experience in industries such as Precision Engineering, Metal Manufacturing, or Aerospace.

• Hands-on experience operating CNC machines and manual machines.

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

• Able to use standard precision measuring instruments.

2. 具体做的机器，什么品牌，型号——更重要的是做的几轴的，要讲得比较具体，做的什么产品
3. 一定要讲清楚是做车床还是铣床，车床做的是立式还是卧式，分别做了多少年多长时间
4. 是否可以手动编程，水平怎么样？之前的公司有没有做过，能不能、需不需要自己修改程序？可以修改到什么程度？如果可以做手动编程的话，可以车哪些（ID OD surface Thread）
（Goh表示公司要招的不是简单的operator，而是要能独立来做的Machinist）
5. 形位公差GD&T是否都会，也就是图纸上面的光洁度平行度垂直度这些是否都能明白
6. 如果有在跨国企业做工会再专门问一下英文相关，比如如何看懂公司的英文SOP，如何学习
7. 能否接受轮班和加班，公司是两班倒的，加班很多-每个月加班100小时以上
8. 回国的频率是怎样的？第一二年的CNY大概率不能回家能否接受（因为要让local和Malaysian度过华人新年，大家相互支持配合）

首先想要和您说一下这个工作呢主要是要找的是历史车床，你是车床在我们公司目前占有的非常重要的位置所以公司这边不担心没有加班你不用担心没有加班反而是公司希望你们能够多多的支持加班，公司每个月是要做夜班的 

关于这个公司需要做的什么呢是维修和维护飞机零件的也就是说我们没有办法是按照新的产品这样加工需要你能够能够做简单的调适延长因为每一个产品要维护的东西是不一样的 

我们这边是合约估目前呢是没有办法给你申请为正式员工所以前面两年是合约但是我们可以跟你讲的是公司会两年后会给你转正转正是取决于你是不是公司的重要人物那有一个很明确的指标就是公司的产品有11个产品如果你能做得越多那你能够给公司做的贡献越多公司没有必要一定是想要留住你的因为你就是公司的人才啦
