First Capital Asia's The Principal Ventures Group is seeking those ready to take the latter path. We believe the era of the impersonal, "spray and pray" recruitment factory is over. We are inviting a small, carefully chosen group of professionals in Hong Kong and Singapore to join us as Founding Partners.

Breaking Through the Natural Limit We are looking for individuals with a minimum of ten years of proven billings who are ready to confront what is holding them back from true independence. We call this the Natural Limit.

Even the most capable recruiters carry internal patterns that cap their success. Through our Eternal Question coaching framework, we do not just give you a business; we transform how you operate. We will help you identify and dismantle the fear that causes hesitation, the people-pleasing habits that drain your time on low-yield work, the illusion of busyness that masks a lack of strategy, and the unfocused energy that fails to generate revenue. We acknowledge your strengths, but we build your executionary power by confronting your limits.

Co-Ownership and Infrastructure This is a true partnership—a shared-risk, shared-reward model where you are a co-founder of your own unit. You will receive rigorous mentorship to develop the mindset of a principal. You will follow a defined, milestone-based path to ownership, supported by a network of like-minded peers. Crucially, you will build your business upon our established institutional infrastructure, removing the operational friction of starting from scratch.

Candidate Profile You must bring a minimum of ten years of consistent, verifiable recruitment experience in Hong Kong or Singapore. More importantly, you must bring a genuine desire to build, an openness to constructive challenge, and the discipline to adopt a new, structured framework for success.
