The Company

A well-established organization in the semiconductor sector is currently seeking a Collections / Accounts Receivable to join their dynamic team.

The Role

The role is responsible for supporting global Accounts Receivable operations through effective management of assigned account portfolios, ensuring timely collections and meeting KPIs related to overdue balances and AR aging. The role involves close collaboration with Finance, Sales, Support, and Credit teams to resolve payment issues, apply receipts, and manage customer delinquency, as well as coordinating with customers and banks to address inquiries and escalations. The role participates in AR reviews, prepares reports and presentations, and contributes to process improvements and ad hoc projects to enhance operational efficiency. Additional responsibilities include performing system adjustments in Oracle, handling customer refunds, supporting audit confirmations with auditors and customers, and acting as a team player by providing backup support when needed.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related field, with foundational knowledge in accounting or finance. They should be proficient in both English (spoken and written) to operate effectively in a shared services environment, and possess strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Oracle systems is an advantage. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. The role requires flexibility to occasionally work early hours to support U.S. and European stakeholders, as well as willingness to travel domestically and internationally when needed.
