Commercial Affairs Manager

1. Develop and Execute Commercial Strategies and Business Plans for the group to drive growth for the Company 
2. Collaborate with Internal Group/Teams to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives supporting business expansion
3. Lead in regional business planning including seeking financial targets and resource allocation and organisational capability needs 
4. Monitor business performance metrics and address emerging risks and opportunities proactively
5. Drive integration of newly acquired businesses

Candidate Profile
_ Must have at least 15 years of experience in the logistics industry
_ Must have at least N1 - advance (Highest JLPT level) to communicate and correspond with HQ

_ Experience in managing fleet/ shipping operations an advantage
_ Experience managing multi- country operations preferred
_ Must have Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
