• Contract Drafting: Draft, review, and modify contracts to accurately reflect the terms and conditions agreed upon during negotiations. Ensure that contracts are clear, comprehensive, and protect the interests of the organization.
• Contract Negotiation: Engage in negotiations with clients, vendors, suppliers, and other business partners to establish favorable contractual terms.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess and manage risks associated with contracts to minimize the company's exposure to potential risks. Responsible for ensuring that all contracts are compliant with industry standards, company policies, and legal requirements.
• Relationship Management: Maintain a positive relationship with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Contracts Administration: Responsible for the administration of all contracts, including tracking contract compliance and managing contract modifications and extensions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts.
• Conflict Resolution: Identify and resolve any conflicts that arise during the contract lifecycle.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the contract management process to identify areas for improvement.
JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE)
• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Project Management or Architecture
• Able to work independently
• Good interpersonal relationship and leadership skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
