Commercial Interior Designer (Retail Spaces)

Job Description & Responsibilities

· Meticulous and have good eyes for detailing and planning.

· On-site inspection of buildings and space.

· Produce creative and workable designs, propose material, colour schemes and furnishings that addresses client’s needs and preferences.

· Prepare design concepts sketches, space planning, design development, elevation and details drawings.

· Ability to meet deadline of multiple projects.

· Able to handle projects at all stages of progress independently.

· Responsible and committed.

Job Requirements

· Candidate must posses at least NITEC/Interior Design or equivalent.

· With 5 years relevant working experience is a must.

· Well versed in AutoCad, Adobe Photoshop and 3D Studio Max (Compulsory).

· Good writing skills to communicate with all levels and able to communicate effectively with all levels of people.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook…

· Able to work independently & self-motivated.

· Mature, Positive, Committed, Passion, Willing to learn and Responsible.

· Singaporeans and Permanent Residents preferred.

· Willing to work on weekends and odd hours depending on project requirement.
