Details

Location: Islandwide
Working Days: 5 days per week (including weekends, roster-based)
Working Hours: 9.00am – 6.30pm / 12.30pm – 10.00pm
Salary: $2,760 per month
Contract: 6 months (renewable up to another 6 months)

Job Responsibilities

• Engage residents at community events to promote digital participation programmes and mobile app usage
• Provide 1-to-1 support for app registration, setup, and navigation
• Conduct briefings and assist with onboarding activities
• Respond to enquiries and coordinate on-site arrangements with stakeholders, staff, and volunteers
• Maintain participation records and prepare basic activity reports
• Support administrative and operational tasks as required

Requirements

• Singaporeans only
• GCE ‘O’ Level qualification
• At least 1 year of customer service or relevant experience
• Comfortable using tablets and digital devices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
