Community Management Executive

Our client operates a coworking space in Singapore. They are looking for a Community Management Executive.
【 What you will be doing 】
1) Coworking space community management/customer service
- Develop and maintain a vibrant community
- Handle customer-related issues to enhance customer experience.
- Conduct SOP (Standard Operational Procedures) and service level guidelines.
- Conduct daily operations and ensure the centre is operational, functional, and comfortable.
- Conduct third-party vendors to ensure space is kept up to standards.
- Assist in creating and implementing a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
- Plan and host/co-host events that help to create a community.
- Support accounting to manage monthly invoices and expenses.
- Review and improve day-to-day service proactively to add value to the community.
2) Sales and marketing
- Assist the manager in developing and reviewing the annual sales plans.
- Assist manager in planning and improving sales processes/marketing plans to achieve the sales target.
- Conduct sales processes and marketing activities.
- Develop and nurture leads through day-to-day communication with members and potential clients including conducting site tours as needed.
3) Others
- Provide support to upper management for the company’s business success.
- Support and create synergies with other business departments in the company with a mindset of the company as one team.
- Gathering information and providing useful opinions on all aspects of the related business

【 What they are looking for 】
(Must)
- 1 year plus experience in Community Management or a customer- or user-related role, such as coworking, serviced office, service apartments, developers, hotel, tourism or related industry
- A good communicator, able to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people’s needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Highly motivated and willing to take on multiple responsibilities at once.
- Ability to work well as a team player while being independent and proactive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deal with complex problems and present recommendations and findings in a clear, concise format.
- Quick and scrappy learner who adapts well to a fast-moving environment and gets things done, combines creativity, problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude to overcome any obstacle.
(Preferable)
- Able to start work in early June 2024
