Multimedia
- Main Responsible for Events/Course photography and video production
- Design of flyers, poster for our Events/Course
- Marketing campaigns for Buddhism related Courses to boost its promotional efforts - Facebook and Telegram marketing.
- Ensure all publicity channels such as BTRTS’s facebook, poster placement in the temple and external partners are updated. Perform email blast to draw prospective to sign up.
- Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms.
- Evaluate existing program/activity with Trainers to increase participation,
- Work closely with IT staff to produce eye-catching publicity material.
- Explore new marketing channels (both digital and partnership) to create and increase awareness to programme/activity
Operations support:
- Assist & logistic support including (room & AV setup), training materials (printing of attendance, training material and certificate), etc for any Events or Courses.
- Assist & Support enquiries (online and offline) on courses and activities organized by Community Relations Department including facilitate and manage course registration processes
- Work with facility to get faulty issues resolved
- Assist to coordinate with Course Trainers & Volunteers
- Manage a team of Volunteers
- Undertake ad-hoc initiatives and projects as required
- Any other ad-hoc/administrative duties as instructed by superior.
(Flexible in terms of work assignments)
Qualifications & Skills
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Proficient in photography and video editing.
- Good in Chinese and English language.
- Self-motivated, creative, collaborative, team player, easygoing, kind, flexible, meticulous, results and service oriented, willing to learn, passionate and competent.
- Is a team-player and willing to work collaboratively and flexibly
- Must work on PH. especially Chinese New Year period, Vesak day
- Compensation of OIL
