- Responsible for the execution and processing of HR activities such as timely leave and benefits admin, labour market survey completion/submission, accurate and timely payroll, leave and benefits admin, budgeting, global mobility processes, data management, HRIS and employee data management, governance and compliance with local legislation
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory reporting, including support monthly HR reports
- Work closely with the Finance department on budget, financial requirements and reporting
- Support and partner with stakeholders including HRBP, IT, vendors, employees
- Support the communication and implementation of Company’s C&B initiatives, program and policies
- Play an integral role as the process owner in the execution of merit increment process and STIP/LTIP process
Job requirement :
-Payroll and C&B experience
-Worked in a HR Shared Services and or C&B environment
-Degree/Diploma holder or the equivalent
