Compensation & Benefits Executive (Payroll HR Shared Services - 1 Yr Contract) - Get Hired Fast

Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate with out-sourcing vendors to prepare and support end-to-end payroll processing, 
• In-charge of verifying payroll, benefits, and ensuring compliance with local tax rules and legislations. 
• Archiving and updating HR files, handling payroll reconciliation and cost charging. 
• Oversee employee data, ensuring data integrity, and supporting learning-related activities.
• Process in timely and accurate claims related to insurance and benefits, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports and statistics. 
• Closely collaborate with the Finance department with the payroll interface, reporting, and preparing monthly HR reports. 
• Updating and communicating policies, providing reports, payroll data, and tax reporting, and addressing any gaps or non-compliance. 
• Managing annual year-end increment, bonus schemes, annual budget process plan, and responds to employee queries.
• Other ad hoc responsibilities may assign. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent. 
• At least 1-3 years of Payroll and Compensation & Benefits experience 
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
