Compliance / AML Risk Management Analyst (Up to $5,000, 6 Months Contract) - Rapid Progression

Location: Changi Business Park  
Pay:   Up to $5,000/month 
Duration: Immediate – 6 months 
Working Hours: Office Hours  

Responsibilities: 
1. Risk Identification and Assessment: Proactively identify and address potential risks by utilizing insights from regulatory changes and internal policy updates, while collaborating with functional partners and key stakeholders to pinpoint new key risk areas.
2. AML Monitoring and Reporting: Analyze comparative data, prepare detailed reports for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) risk assessments, and continually monitor and escalate AML-related issues as necessary.
3. Investigative Research: Conduct thorough investigations and research on potentially suspicious clients using a variety of internal and external systems and databases, including cross-sector reviews across multiple Citi business lines.
4. Documentation and Communication: Document the findings and outcomes of investigations, prepare comprehensive case files with all necessary supporting documentation, and summarize investigation results in clear, concise written reports.
5. Strategic Advisory and Independence: Advise senior management on appropriate next steps, such as relationship retention, termination, or filing Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR), and manage related risks by analyzing the root causes and impacts on the business, often operating with a significant degree of autonomy.

Requirements:
• Min Degree
• Prior related working experience 
• Knowledge of AML Regulations /Laws 
• Experience in writing and preparing Suspicious Activity Reports
