Your new role

As a Compliance Associate you will play a critical role in supporting the firm's compliance framework and ensuring the business operates to the highest regulatory and ethical standards. Working closely with senior leaders and engaging directly with front-office, trading, and operations teams, you will be involved in day-to-day compliance monitoring, trade surveillance, policy implementation, and regulatory reporting. This role offers broad exposure across the hedge fund lifecycle, from pre-trade considerations through post-trade reviews, and provides hands-on involvement in regulatory interactions, internal reviews and compliance projects. It is an ideal opportunity for a motivated compliance professional who wants to deepen their buy-side experience, gain visibility with senior stakeholders and contribute meaningfully to a growing investment platform.

What you'll need to succeed

In order for you to succeed in this role you will have:

• 
  3 or more years of experience in Compliance within a reputable financial services institution
  
• 
  Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and escalate potential compliance issue
  
• 
  Highly driven and self-motivated to learn new things
  
• 
  Will not accept the status quo and is not afraid to drive change
