Compliance Associate - Fund Management

As part of their growth, we are currently supporting a global investment management firm on a Compliance Associate position. You will be working closely with the Senior Leaders on Singapore and offshore entities. This role offers exposure to compliance and corporate administration, providing a strong foundation for a career in financial services.

Responsibilities:

• Support the administration and ongoing management of Singapore and offshore entities, working closely with corporate secretarial partners
• Coordinate statutory filings, maintenance of company registers, and corporate records
• Assist with bank account openings, updates to signatories, and related documentation
• Provide operational support for trade execution and investment-related activities
• Deliver day-to-day administrative support, including data management and liaison with external service providers
• Support compliance and onboarding activities, including KYC/AML checks, client documentation, and periodic reviews
• Assist with ad-hoc operational and compliance projects as required

Qualifications:

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related function within the financial industry.
• Good knowledge of AML and KYC procedures
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/or equivalent
• Professional certification in Compliance is a plus
• Experience with MS Office and Excel. Soft skills
• Proactive, Diligent and Attentive to details.
• Ability to multitask with adaptability.
• Self-driven and possess strong motivation and drive to succeed.
• Someone who believes in a long-term career.
