Compliance Generalist, AVP to VP Level

An established brokerage is looking to hire an expansion headcount due to growth and expansion into other markets.

Headquartered in Singapore, the compliance team has global coverage so this opportunity will offer exposure towards regulations across multiple jurisdictions.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Keep abreast of regulatory developments across different jurisdictions to ensure consistent upkeep of the compliance frameworks to be in line with regulatory requirements.
• Advise the business on regulatory compliance, AML requirements and market best practices.
• Contribute to global compliance initiatives to enhance corporate governance, reporting, and monitoring processes.
• Assist in liaising with regulators across locations on regulatory matters.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Between 4-10 years of compliance experience in the financial services sector, ideally from a brokerage background or a fast-paced environment such as Fintech or Digital Banks.
• Strong understanding of global regulations and compliance frameworks from the following jurisdictions/regulators (ASIC, CySEC, CIMA, FSC, FSCA, SCA).
• Ability to work independently.
