Compliance Manager

A leading financial services organisation is seeking a Compliance Manager to join its growing team in Singapore.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide compliance advisory support, oversee regulatory and market conduct matters, conduct monitoring and investigations, and support the firm's AML/CFT, operational risk and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide compliance advisory support on regulatory and market conduct matters
2. Conduct compliance monitoring, gap assessments and investigations
3. Own AML/CFT reviews, transaction monitoring and risk assessments
4. Drive risk management initiatives including RCSA, business continuity and outsourcing risk reviews
5. Partner with stakeholders on governance, compliance and risk-related projects

Requirements

1. 5+ years of compliance, regulatory or risk management experience within financial services. Open to candidates from Financial Advisory/Insurance/Banks/Asset Management
2. Strong knowledge of financial advisory regulations and AML/CFT requirements
3. Exposure to operational risk, PDPA, business continuity or enterprise risk management is advantageous
4. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
