Compliance Officer

We are partnering with a leading global asset management firm who are looking to welcome a Compliance Officer to their Singapore team.

This is a great opportunity for a compliance professional looking to gain broader exposure across compliance, risk, AML and regulatory matters within an established international platform.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support day-to-day compliance and regulatory matters
2. Assist with MAS regulatory engagements and regulatory change
3. Conduct compliance monitoring, reviews and control testing
4. Support AML/CFT and KYC activities
5. Contribute to risk management and governance initiatives
6. Review and enhance compliance policies, procedures and controls
7. Partner with internal stakeholders and regional/global teams on compliance matters
8. Support compliance training and promote a strong compliance culture

Requirements

1. 4–6 years of compliance experience within financial services
2. Experience inasset management, investment management or alternative investments is advantageous
3. Good understanding of the Singapore regulatory environment
4. Strong analytical and communication skills
5. Commercially minded, proactive and hands-on
6. Comfortable working across a broad range of compliance and risk matters
