Responsibilities
- Supervise Lobby and reception activities.
- Assist guests in various requests and enquiries.
- Deliver luggages, messages, faxes, packages to guests.
- Ensure a smooth operation of the Concierge Desk.
- Build good guest relations through interaction with guests.
- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Working location: Bukit Timah / Queen Street
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in hospitality industry.
- Must be flexible to work all shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work in team-oriented, guest-centric environment.
- Polite and friendly personality are essential.
