Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Working Location: Raffles Place

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Provide information about products and services
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience
• Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum O levels or other relevant professional certification
• Experience in customer service or frontline work is a strong advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service orientated
• Attentive to details, well organized and team player
