A global data centre design, build and services provider is expanding across Asia Pacific and now seeking an experienced Regional Connectivity Lead to drive the growth, delivery and technical excellence of its connectivity offering across the region.

This is a senior strategic role overseeing multi‑country connectivity, structured cabling, fibre and data centre infrastructure projects. You’ll act as the regional subject matter expert, shaping standards, leading delivery teams, and supporting commercial growth across APAC.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading and developing the regional Connectivity service offering.

*

Managing delivery of connectivity, structured cabling, fibre and data centre infrastructure projects across multiple APAC countries.

*

Acting as the primary technical and strategic contact for regional clients.

*

Overseeing project planning, resourcing, budgets, schedules and risk management.

*

Supporting bids, solutions and business development activity.

*

Ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality and operational standards.

*

Building, mentoring and leading regional project and technical teams.

*

Developing and implementing regional connectivity standards and best practice.

What You’ll Bring

*

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Project Management or related field.

*

Significant experience delivering connectivity, structured cabling, fibre or data centre infrastructure projects.

*

Proven track record delivering multi‑country or regional projects within APAC.

*

Experience with data centre, hyperscale, colocation, telecoms or enterprise customers.

*

Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) preferred.

*

Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.

*

Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving capability.

*

Ability to work effectively across multiple countries and cultures.

*

CDCPM or equivalent data centre project experience desirable.

*

SMSTS, IOSH, CSCS, ECS or regional equivalents.
