Consolidation Accountant - East SAP

Our Client is the world's largest Furniture Manufacturer.

Responsibilities:

Prepare the sub-group consolidation and management reports on a monthly basis:

• Compile financial data from various entities within the sub-group.
• Consolidate financial statements to provide a comprehensive view of the sub-group's financial performance.
• Generate management reports to aid in strategic decision-making.

Prepare the Company's reporting package and submit it to the ultimate group on a monthly basis:

• Compile the necessary financial information to create the company's reporting package.
• Ensure all financial reports are accurate and comply with the company's guidelines.
• Submit the reporting package to the ultimate group, meeting all deadlines.

Oversee the sub-group and company’s financials to ensure the bookkeeping is compliant with Singapore Financial Reporting Standard (SFRS):

• Monitor and review financial transactions and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with SFRS.
• Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures in line with SFRS.
• Provide guidance and support to the accounting team to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management:

• Perform additional tasks and projects as directed by management.
• Support various departments with financial insights and expertise.
• Adapt to new responsibilities as the role evolves.

• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency gains within the finance department.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Must have knowledge of group consolidation and relevant work experience.
• Highly committed with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.
• Self-driven and proactive with a sense of urgency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and communication tools.
• Available to start on short notice or immediately.
