Recruitment: Network Support Technician

Vacancy: 1 Position

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the daily maintenance and troubleshooting of the site network system.

2. Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, Wi-Fi, LAN, and other network equipment.

3. Provide technical support for computers, printers, CCTV systems, access control systems, and other IT equipment.

4. Monitor network performance and ensure stable internet and system connectivity at the construction site.

5. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly.

6. Maintain IT equipment records, user accounts, and network documentation.

7. Coordinate with internet service providers, vendors, and project teams when technical support is required.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in network maintenance or IT technical support.

2. Diploma or Technical Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.

3. Familiar with LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.

4. Able to maintain computers, printers, CCTV, and common office IT equipment.

5. Able to work independently in a construction site environment.

6. Good communication, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills.

Employment Details

• Work Location: Changi Construction Site

• Salary: S$2400-4000 per month

• Working Hours: 8hrs （Monday to Saturday)
