Our client, a well-known Japanese Interior Decoration & Finishing Works Contractor in the construction industry, is looking for talent as a Construction Manager.

Responsibilities:

Surveys, estimates, project schedule and procurement
Controlling quality, cost, and project process
Monitoring site safety
Coordination with clients, architects, and related government agencies
Leading team members

Requirements:

Has more than 5 years related experience including team management
Must understand interior construction such as office and hotel
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills
