Responsibilities:
• Manage construction activities and progress independently.
• Able to understand electrical drawing, specifications and requirements.
• Plan, organize and set up site and sequential job planning for the smooth execution of projects to achieve cost, quality, timelines and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Carry out resource planning for project such as site staff, subcontractors, etc to ensure their effective deployment.
• Attend project kick off meeting, project team meeting, etc and updates on progress.
• Monitor all site staff, workers and subcontractor performance.
• Control materials, tools and equipment ordered and delivered.
• Ensure all discrepancies in drawings must be identified and cleared with consultants prior to site job progress.
• Manage all site staff and subcontractor schedule.
Requirements:
• Min. Degree in Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Extensive experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Construction Industry.
• Proven track records of successful project completion on time and on budget.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all level of staff.
