Construction Manager - Rewarding Work

☑ Working Timing: Mon – Friday, alternate Saturdays 8.00am – 5.00pm

☑ Salary up to $8500

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Developing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordination: Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth progress of the project.
• Budget Management: Monitoring project expenses and ensuring that the project stays within budget.
• Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure that construction meets regulatory standards and client expectations.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring that all construction activities comply with safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Communication: Keeping stakeholders informed about project progress, addressing concerns, and resolving issues as they arise.
• Problem-solving: Resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process.

Requirement

• Any qualification in a relevant Civil engineering with minimum 5 years of related working experience in the Construction field
• Excellent working experience in structural, architectural or M&E Works
