Responsibilities:
• You will be involved in coordination and supervision building/ structural works.
• Responsible for planning, managing and ensuring the smooth implementation and monitoring of projects assigned from inception to completion within the specified time frame and of the desired quality
• Responsible for the effective site administration and management which include site safety and control of materials / plants on site.
• Ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other relevant government authorities to achieve deliverable objectives
• Able to interpret civil, structural and architecture drawings and details
• Responsible for project implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detail work programmers
• Your main responsibility is to establish excellent rapport with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities as well as have the ability to motivate and lead a team of Project personnel. You need to ensure for the quality, budget control, time schedule, site organization and workforce management for the project. You also need to assess contract compliance and product/service quality as an important role. Besides, you should able to lliaise and communicate closely with client representative and consultants.

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a local university recognized by PEB
• Min 8 years or more relevant working experience in the construction industry
• Familiar with building and foundation works as well as superstructure works
• Experience in day-to-day coordination of site activities
• Possess good technical skills and sound judgment in decision making
• Ability to lead the Supervisors and Clerk of Works for execution of all site activities
