Construction Project Manager (up to $6,500 base Landed or Luxury Retail)

• Landed residential or Luxury Retail experience
• Preferred New Build experience
• Yearly increment to combat inflation minimally and could be more dependent on performance

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of professional and technical staff to ensure the efficient execution of day-to-day operations.
• Oversee and ensure the successful completion of construction projects within defined timeframes, budget constraints, and quality standards, while complying with statutory requirements.
• Actively participate in and conduct meetings with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and site stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
• Maintain close collaboration with consultants, architects, sub-contractors, and relevant authorities to streamline project progress.
• Prioritize and enforce site safety measures, while ensuring that corporate Workplace Safety, Health, and Environmental (WSHE) standards are consistently met.

Requirements:

• A Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Architecture is a minimum educational requirement.
• Substantial project management experience, spanning at least 5 years, with a strong preference for candidates with prior involvement in overseeing landed property projects.
• Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and close projects effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills, with a proven record of successfully managing teams and projects.
• Outstanding people management abilities to motivate and lead a professional team.
• A profound sense of responsibility, demonstrated by a commitment to achieving project goals and objectives.
• Strong analytical capabilities, essential for effective project planning and implementation, to minimize risks and navigate potential challenges.
