Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research and development into new construction materials, methods, and technologies.
Implement Lean Construction practices to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
Drive adoption of Building Information Modeling (BIM), Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD).
Collect and analyze productivity data, benchmark performance, and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate innovative solutions into live projects.
Support sustainability initiatives aligned with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Fresh graduates or early-career professionals are welcome; prior internship or project experience is a plus.
Familiarity with BIM, Lean Construction, and digital project management tools.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and propose solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
