CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER

Oversee daily construction site operations and ensure work is carried out according to project plans and schedules.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.

Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.

Manage site resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.

Communicate with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients regarding project updates.

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.

Control project timelines and assist in cost management.

Ensure proper housekeeping and site organization at all times.

Handle emergency situations and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Support project completion, testing, and handover activities.
