Our client is one of the largest Japanese logistics companies and due to the new project of MRT, they are currently looking for a Construction Site Supervisor. 

You will be reporting to the Manager.

【What you will be working on】
- Managing foreign domestic workers who are from India or Bangladesh.
- Finalizing assignment of field construction personnel and mobilization plan of manpower; assembling members of the organization at the start of the project.
- Conferring with or directing supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating
- Other ad-hoc duties will be assigned by the Construction manager
‐ Deciding salary for foreign domestic workers with their skills.

- Annual Leave: 7 days (2nd year 14 days, maximum 20 days)

- Transportation Allowance: SGD 800/month

【What they're looking for】

【MUST】
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a construction-related job.
- Excellent understanding of foreign domestic workers.
- Proficient in Mandarin Listening/Writing/Speaking is essential for internal and external meetings with Mandarin-speaking associates.
‐ Experience in liaison between the Contractor and Owner’s representatives in the interpretation of specifications. 

【Preferable】
- WAH holder (WORK AT HEIGHTS)
- Experience in MRT industry
- Possesses a valid driver's license.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
