CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Supervise day-to-day renovation and interior fit-out works on site

Coordinate and oversee subcontractors including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting works

Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and site requirements

Monitor work progress and report site updates to project manager

Carry out basic site checks to ensure workmanship quality meets company standards

Assist in resolving basic site issues and coordinate rectification works when required

Ensure site is kept safe and follows basic Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements

Assist in receiving and checking construction materials delivered to site

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in renovation / interior fit-out / construction works

Experience in supervising small to medium renovation sites preferred

Able to understand construction drawings and instructions

Familiar with carpentry, partition, ceiling, or M&E coordination work is an advantage

Able to work with subcontractors and coordinate site activities

Willing to work in construction site environment

Basic communication skills in English (Mandarin speaking is an advantage)

Responsible, hardworking, and able to follow instructions

Prior experience in Singapore construction or renovation industry preferred

Able to work under tight deadlines and multiple site conditions

Team player with good on-site coordination skills
